지역사회의 발전과 변화를 위해 자신의 길을 개척한 리더들 조명
뉴잉글랜드한인미국시민협회는 오는 11월 20일 토요일, 뉴튼소재 Four Point Sheraton 호텔 Charles Ballroom에서 제9회 Young Leaders Symposium을 개최한다.
시민협회에서 지난 8년간 꾸준히 진행해온 Young Leaders Symposium은 매사추세츠 전역의 AAPI 지도자들을 초청하여 우리 차세대 젊은 리더들과의 다양한 대화를 통해 그들의 경험과 지식을 함께 공유하는 의미있는 기회를 제공해 왔다.
올해 9번째를 맞이한 Young Leaders Symposium은 지역사회의 발전과 변화를 위해 자신의 길을 개척한 Joseph Juhn, Thu Nguyen, Dr. Kee Park 등 세명의 연사를 초청하여 진행한다.

Thu Nguyen: community organizer and the first nonbinary person elected to office in Massachusetts
Dr. Kee Park: Director of Policy and Advocacy for the Program in Global Surgery and Social Change and lecturer at the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School
